What are the return and refund conditions?

SHOP PURCHASE

Exchanges or refunds are accepted for shop purchases, up to 1 month after purchase, excluding custom or worn items.


ONLINE PURCHASE

• In order to return a product, it is advisable to contact our customer service by e-mail. All returns must be returned to the shop.

• We recommend that the item be returned in its original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for items that meet the following specifications:
• All returned products must be new, unused and in their original condition and packaging at the time of return. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded. (no washing and all accessories must be included).
• The return costs are exclusively at the customer’s expense.
• Please check the parts included in the package before returning the product.
• Custom products cannot be returned.

Each item returned in accordance with the return terms and conditions will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.



Returns will only affect the value of the goods, shipping costs, initial shipping costs and return costs will not be refunded.

 

Defective products:
In the event that you have received a defective product, and depending on the situation, we will replace, reduce the price or refund the order in full subject to the return of the product.


The Shop guarantees the conformity of its products for a period of 1 year from receipt of the order. The consumer must notify us within two months, to let us know if there is a compliance problem.

The 1 year warranty is valid subject to an anomaly and not the misuse of a customer.

Refund:
Each returned item will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the package by the shop.

 

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within a maximum of 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Consequences of withdrawal:

• In case of withdrawal from you, we will refund all payments except the shipping costs of your order, for the European area the return costs will be 5 € (fixed price), outside the area contact us by mail.
• We will refund you using the same payment method that you used for your original purchase.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of the return of the goods.
• You must return the goods to us

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting our physical store, in which case the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not generate any cost for you.
